  We took our rabbit here and they were very quick, kind, and helpful. Ended up being a bit much for the medicine (Like $200 for 4 kinds) plus the ~$85 visit, but such is the cost of having a rabbit. Very nice that they let you come back within 24 hours for a re-exam for free!

  took my sick dog here and dealt with dr. bm. three words to describe her would be cold,heartless,and useless.i guess you could say her initials really fit her.

  This review is very overdue! I took my beloved 17-year-old cat into the Rochester location around midnight over Labor Day weekend of 2016. He was having a very difficult time breathing. At first they wanted me to fill out paperwork before seeing him, but when they saw how bad he was, they took him right back and put him in an oxygen tent. I knew it was his time. They were quick, honest and very empathetic. At the same time they were dealing with another very critical emergency, but gave both me and Rhett the attention we needed. A month earlier I had to have another cat euthanized at the Auburn Hills Humane Society (great place for care BTW) during regular business hours. The procedure at Animal Emergency Center was actually slightly less expensive than at the Humane Society. I hope to never have to use AEC again, but if I do, I know my animal will be in good hands.
